JORDAN 6 REMAKE

PRODUCT BRIEF: a redesign OF THE JORDAN 6, famously worn by MICHAEL JORDAN

I’ve always believed that the best innovations come from building on the classics. That’s why I took on the challenge of reworking the iconic Jordan 6 by blending it with the cutting-edge Nike Alphafly 3 running shoe. The result? A fresh, future-forward style that seamlessly transitions from the basketball court to high-end street fashion.

By slightly adjusting existing styles, I’ve unlocked an entirely new aesthetic—one that not only honors tradition but also pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in footwear design.

This shoe features colors that are set to trend in the near future, making it not just a stylish choice, but also a forward-thinking one. To top it off, I’ve even designed a custom logo to envision what it would look like if I were a collaborator with Nike.

CONCEPT NIKE AUGMENTED REALITY FOOTWEAR

(FROM 2018 BUT LIVING IN 2081)

In 2018, I was deeply immersed in conceptual projects focused on Augmented Reality, particularly one that revolved around innovative footwear designs. The FIRST video showcases a creative exploration of the NIKE X KAWS Jordan collaboration, which proposed an exciting feature where the shoe could light up, visible only when viewed through AR glasses. Additionally, the NEXT video features a collaboration between Nike and Cactus Plant Flea Market, renowned for their signature smiley face logo. In this collaboration, they designed a shoe adorned with this iconic smiley on the back. My vision for enhancing this concept was to transform the smiley face using Augmented Reality technology, enabling it to dynamically change based on the emotional mood of the individual wearing the shoe throughout the day. I created these videos using ADOBE Illustrator, Photoshop and after effects. I also created both songs using Logic Pro X.
