REEBOK ENGINE 22

Been spending some time working on this conceptual Reebok design for basketball. ⛹️‍♂️⛹️‍♀️

The idea came from blending two models that always stood out to me: the Engine A and the ES22. I wanted to take elements from both and imagine what a future version could look like, something bold, aggressive, and engineered for movement.

I started with some loose sketches on my iPad, just playing with shape and flow until the idea started to come together. From there, I used NewArc.ai to build out some early renders and bring the design into 3D. After that, I pulled the rendering into Photoshop to clean up details, adjust colorways, and create the backgrounds to help each version tell its own story.

This was a fun mix of traditional sketching, AI tools, and post-production editing all coming together to explore what’s possible in footwear design.

Many of my footwear designs are high tops because I believe today’s increase in basketball injuries is partly due to low-top designs not providing enough ankle support for athletes.
