Adidas AE Real Deal

What happens when you put the bold upper of the adidas AE1 on the sculpted sole of the adidas Real Deal? You get a hybrid that bridges eras, built for the game and the street.

I made this in six colorways, each one built to move from the court to everyday wear. This one took a few passes. I sketched it in Procreate to lock in the proportions, rendered it in NewArc.ai to see the materials and lighting, then finished the details in Photoshop, cleaning up textures, shadows and color. It is a tribute to adidas basketball and a shoe that would fit right in today.
