Creative Learning Layer
A product vision for Adobe on turning the world's most powerful creative software into its most effective teacher.
Adobe built the most powerful creative tools on earth and has been the industry standard for four decades. The problem is not the software. It is the path to mastery. People know what they want to make, they just do not know how to make it here, and that is the exact moment simpler tools start to look easier. This deck is a vision for closing that gap from inside the app.
The idea is a learning layer. An AI co-pilot that lives where the work happens, teaches in context at the right moment, and remembers what you have mastered so every session builds on the last. The part I am proudest of is Bring Your Own AI. Connect the assistant you already trust once, the co-pilot arrives already knowing your goals and skill level, and as you learn inside Adobe that knowledge feeds back out. The loop compounds, and over six months the thing knows you too well to walk away from. That is a moat built on genuine value, not restriction.
I wanted this to show the same thing the Newarc deck does. I can design the product, but I also think about the business around it. Retention, suite expansion, acquisition and defensibility. Why this is Adobe's to build and nobody else's. A clear thesis instead of a feature wish list. Design and product are not two jobs to me. They are the same job seen from two sides.
To be clear about what this is. It is a speculative product vision by a long-time Adobe user, not commissioned work. I built it to show how I would approach repositioning an incumbent, the same way I can architect a custom strategy for your product, from the first insight through to the roadmap that ships it. If that is you, let's talk.
THE DECK.
